    So this guide is by zadias (teh leetzor) and I just wanna help out all the vista users sick and tired of run as administrator.

    I found this out when messing w/ CMD...

    So first you click on the windows symbol, and search CMD..
    Run this as administrator (Last time you run anything as admin )
    After that, you should see this

    Type in...
    net user administrator /active:yes
    and hit ENTER
    You should see this...
    Now log off your computer, and you should see the Administrator account
    There should be no password.. if so, try just pressing enter (leave it blank)

    u have a much simplier way, u know

    1.click start
    2.go to control panel
    3.user accounts
    4.turn user account control on or off
    5.untick this: Use User Account Control(UAC) to help protect your computer
    6.click OK
    7.click restart now or restart later


    AND THAT'S IT

    Uhm no, then you get windows security center bugging your ass that your computer isnt safe..
    Anyways, who DOESN't want full administrator account?

    This is the WINDOWS admin file.. I have my own laptop douche.
    When I set up the account here, it was set up as admin, but that still limited everything..
    IDK what it's real name is.. it's Root Admin or Windows Administrator
